Items can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Any return request must be made in accordance with our terms and privacy document. Please contact us by phone or email explaining why you would like to return your item(s). We will then arrange a collection & refund or replacement (where applicable). There are some exceptions to the 30 day limit, such as some larger furniture items which have limited warranties. Return costs may be charged if there is just a change of mind, and a return may not be accepted if the request is made after the 14-day policy.
Please note that, on some occasions, photographic proof of damage will be required to process your return.
How do I cancel my order?
Please phone us immediately and we’ll try to cancel your order before it is sent to our warehouse. Cancellations requested after 24 hours of placing an order on our website may result in a late cancellation fee.
My item has arrived damaged.
If your item has arrived damaged, please contact us via phone or email (alongside images where applicable). If you are eligible for a refund or replacement we will arrange this as soon as possible. We must be advised of the damage within 14 days after delivery. We then will ensure either a refund, replacement or repair is carried out within 30 days.
I haven't received my refund yet.
Refunds can take some time to process, so please allow 5 working days before contacting us. In the meantime, please make sure you check your bank account or PayPal account regularly to see if a refund has been processed.
